             Entered Political life through D.Y.F.I. in 1980; was its first Unit President in Korattikkara; President, Udaya Vayanasala for 20 years; Member, State Executive Committee, Grandhasala Snghom; District Secretary and Member, State Executive Committee of D.Y.F.I.; Area Secretary, Kunnamkulam and Member, District Committee of C.P.I.(M).
