II.  Calling Attention:-  

    (1)    Shri. A.P. Anil Kumar to call the attention of the Minister for Education and Culture to the necessity to abandon the entrance examination for the professional courses in the State.

 

   (2)    Shri. K.K. Jayachandran to call the attention of the Minister for Revenue to the necessity to redress the apprehensions among the agriculturists on the affidavit to be filed by the State Government in the Supreme Court on the Idukki Cardamom Hill Reserve Land Case.

III  Papers to be Laid :

 Dr. Thomas Issac, Minister for Finance to lay on the Table the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India for the year ended 31st March 2006 (Civil – Volume II) relating to Government of Kerala.

IV Presentation of Reports :

             (1)    Shri. K.P. Rajendran, Minister for Revenue and Chairman, Subject Committee II to present the Subject Committee Report on the Kerala Fishermen’s and Allied Workers’ Welfare Cess Bill-2006.

(2)    Shri. Mons Joseph, Chairman, Committee on Petitions to present the Second Report of the Committee.

(3)    Shri. K.P. Rajendran, Minister for Revenue and Chairman, Subject Committee II to present Periodical Report of the Committee for the year ended March 31, 2006.

(4)    Shri. N. K. Premachandran, Minister for Water Resources and Chairman, Subject Committee III to present the Periodical Report of the Committee for the year ended March 31, 2006.

(5)    Shri. T. U. Kuruvila, Minister for Works and Chairman, Subject Committee V to present the Periodical Report of the Committee for the year ended March 31, 2006.

(6)    Shri. M. A. Baby, Minister for Education and Culture and Chairman, Subject Committee VI to present the Periodical Report of the Committee for the year ended March 31, 2006.
