II.  Calling Attention:-

(1)    Shri. K.M. Mani to call the attention of the Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs, Sports and Youth Affairs and Ports regarding the loss that the State may sustain due to the establishment of a new Railway Division at Selam, bifurcating the Palakkad Division when there is a demand for a separate Railway Zone for Kerala.

 (2)    Shri. V. Sivankutty to call the attention of the Minister for Local Self Government and Rural Development to the necessity to formulate fresh norms in preparing the BPL survey list as so many eligible people will be excluded from the list if the Central Government direction in this regard is followed.

III.  Financial Business:-

       Discussion and voting on Demands for Final Supplementary Grants in the Budget for the year 2006-07 .
