        (1)  Shri. K.C. Joseph to call the attention of the Chief Minister to the reported problems faced by the students due to the negligence on the part of the Banks in sanctioning education loans.   

        (2)  Shri. V.J. Thankappan to call the attention of the Minister for  Law, Parliamentary Affairs, Sports and Youth Affairs and Ports to the necessity to obtain  immediate sanction in different levels of the Central Government to the Vizhinjam International Containers Transhipment Terminal Project.
