I.  Calling Attention:-

       1)    Shri. M. Murali to call the attention of the Minister for Finance to the problems reported to have arisen in the implementation of “One Rank One Pension” scheme, due to the strike of a section of employees in the office of the Accountant General.

        2)   Smt. E. S. Bijimol to call the attention of the Minister for Labour and Excise to the reported loss of employment opportunities in the plantation sector of the State due to the disconnection of power supply to some plantations.

II.   Papers to be Laid :-

       Dr. Thomas Issac, Minister for Finance to lay on the Table the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India for the year ended 31^st March 2006 (Civil Vol- I) relating to Government of Kerala .

III. Presentation of Report:

    Shri.V.S Achuthanandan, Leader of the House and Member, Business Advisory Committee to present the Fifth Report of the Committee

IV.  Consideration of Report: 

Consideration of the Fifth Report of the Business Advisory Committee

V.   Legislative  Business:-

     Motion for consideration and further stages of the Kerala Farmers’ Debt Relief Commission Bill, 2006 as reported by the Select Committee.
