LIST OF BUSINESS

  

         

I.  Calling Attention:-

1.  Shri. C. T. Ahammed Ali to call the attention of the Minister for Education and Culture to the situation reported to have arisen consequent on the decision of the Academic Council of the University of Kerala to discontinue the ‘Afsal Ulama’ course.

2.  Shri. P. Jayarajan to call the attention of the Minister for Education and Culture to the necessity to enact a law protecting the rights of students organisations in view of the verdict of the High Court, banning students organisations and the direction of the Supreme Court on college union elections.

II.   Legislative  Business:-

     Motion for consideration and further stages of the Kerala Farmers’ Debt Relief Commission Bill, 2006 as reported by the Select Committee.
