18. On 3rd February 1995, the House granted leave to Shri. V.S. Achuthanandan, Leader of Opposition to move the following motion:-

The motion was discussed on 10th and 14th February 1995 and was put to vote. 50 Members voted for and 87 Members voted against the motion and it was declared as lost.
