Attachment Programme

Attachment Programme with Bureau of Parliamentary Studies and Training (BPST), New Delhi, were conducted for the foreign parliamentary officials under Colombo Plan on parliamentary processes and procedures.  The BPST also sent the officials of Central Secretariat for an intensive study and practical training on Legislative Institution.

Institute of Management in Government, Kerala (IMG), also organise attachment training programmes with the training section for the officials of the Administrative Secretariat to have first hand information on Legislative business, Committees and procedures of the House.  In addition to this, training programmes were organised for the officials of the Law Secretariat and Local Self Government on Legislative Procedures, Legislation and role of the Legislative Committees in ensuring accountability of the executive to the Legislature.
